Binita will meet you right where you are with compassion, insight and a whole set of tools for the toughest issues in life, including times of transition, trauma (current or past), facing cultural biases, roadblocks and more - helping you to connect with your truest self.

Erica has spent her career helping people navigate through important relationships; friendships, marriages, partnerships (personal or professional), and familial bonds. She supports through life transitions, difficult decisions, communication challenges, or taking your relationship to the next level.

Mandy is our resident expert on ADHD (adults, teens) and can help with executive functioning and self-regulation. She works with special education and IEP consultation. Mandy approaches life from a wholeness perspective and teaches mindfulness as a way to combat negative thinking patterns.

Mariana is a bilingual therapist who provides a supportive space for those facing a major life transition, dealing with trauma, embarking on a healing journey, or simply seeking to understand themselves better, helping to reach a healthier, more resilient, more fulfilling life. 

Reigns enjoys working with kids (4+), teens, young adults, and new parents in a therapy setting to explore, evolve or accept how their emotions, feelings, habits, or inherited patterns may be affecting their lives; in everyday or severe situations. 

Richard manages the medical side of our KAP program, and has seen the power of ketamine-assisted therapy to help clients break free from depression, anxiety and pain despite years of suffering.

Ruchica is our newest team member. She is a delight and we are delighted to have her serving ages 4+. Ruchica understands life's stressors, will meet you where you are and provide grace and space for each unique story and situation. 

Sarah brings years of experience and passion to those looking to be healthier in their relationships or to improve as a couple even if you're the only half coming to therapy. Tackle tough issues with wisdom, insight, practicality, patience and humor. 

Wendy is dedicated to providing a (bilingual) space for her clients to be seen, heard, and supported through every challenge of life. She specializes in trauma and grief work and understands the part family dynamics can play. 

Jen takes care of things like billing, working with insurance, looking after the website, social media, filing, ordering, tidying and keeping tissues and La Croix stocked so the clinicians can focus on you.
