About Me

I’m a therapist committed to diversity and inclusion, creating a warm, welcoming space, making sure every client feels seen and supported. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating a life change, or exploring your identity, I’m here to support you. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reflecting on and validating the very normal reactions we all have to life’s stressors. And in a world that often demands too much, I’m here to help you learn coping skills that support you without falling into the pressures of hustle culture.

I also strive to honor your unique story, acknowledging how factors such as race, gender, sexuality, and cultural background shape your experiences and mental health.

I work with kids, teens, and adults on issues like anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, body image, transitions, cultural and gender identity, and depression.

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because it encourages embracing thoughts and feelings without judgment and helps clients live a life that aligns with their values. My approach is also eclectic—I draw from a variety of methods, including psychodynamic therapy and person-centered therapy, to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients.

I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from an in-patient behavioral center and teen groups, to working with kids on the spectrum, to being Counselor in Training at The Family Institute. These experiences have really shaped my understanding of mental health and therapy, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to support people through different challenges.
