About Me

I am a compassionate and engaged therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and family-related distress, as well as those facing difficult life transitions or struggling with self-esteem and confidence. I am passionate about helping parents who see patterns from their own childhood emerging with their children and want to create a different path. I also provide support for new moms and young parents adjusting to this major life shift.

My work extends to adolescents transitioning into adulthood, as well as children and teens processing big emotions and family struggles. I am CDVP certified and experienced in supporting individuals affected by domestic violence. My approach to therapy is rooted in deep respect for each person’s resilience and worth, creating a space where healing and authentic growth can unfold.
