About Me

With over seven years of dedicated experience in the field of psychotherapy, I have had the privilege of working extensively in non-profit and community mental health settings, and private practice. My expertise is deeply rooted in trauma-informed services, where I have supported a diverse clientele through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. I have gained love and appreciation for working with folks who are embarking on their healing journeys as I know exactly how tough it is to get to this point.

Specializing in working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults, I support individuals navigating various life transitions and striving for self-understanding. My approach is distinctly person-centered, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and valued. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, enriched with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, and the importance of building a solid rapport based on trust and honesty. As a bilingual and bicultural clinician, I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment that respects and incorporates all aspects of an individual's identity. My therapeutic style is grounded in genuine interactions and a commitment to authenticity, both of which I believe are crucial for effective therapy.

I am passionate about helping my clients uncover their strengths, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. By employing evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach, I strive to empower each person to navigate life's complexities with resilience and confidence.

Whether you are facing a major life transition, dealing with trauma, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, I am here to support you on your journey. Let's work together to create a meaningful and fulfilling path forward. My commitment is to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself better, and work towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
